Security System Installation Technician, Dallas, TX

Per Se Group is currently seeking a Security System Installation Technician with one of our top clients in  Dallas, TX!

As a  Security System Installation Technician,  you will  be primarily responsible for performing high quality Alarm system installations for residential and small businesses customers, while maintaining a high level of professionalism in face-to-face customer interactions and create a daily atmosphere of suggestive up-selling and provide an excellent customer experience.  Our client’ s fast-paced, high volume, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to start your career!


Pay: (Based on Experience) + Commissions

Schedule:  Monday – Friday

Contract Type:  Long Term Contract (3+ years)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Follow installation processes that meet all NFPA70 and NFPA72 standards.
  • Perform Security and Home Automation installations in residential and small business environments
  • Execute Daily work schedule while maintaining a high on time rate
  • Correct utilization and inspection of PPE equipment
  • Follow all Safety Protocols that relate to daily work activities
  • Maintain adequate stock levels for daily jobs and conduct weekly inventory audits with 0 shrinkage
  • Execution of Service manager work orders and proper utilization of the time, mileage and job status tracking software.
  • Complete Electronic Contracts with Customers while maintaining 100% data entry accuracy
  • Maintain KPI’ s such as on time rate, avg install time, Tech SAT scores

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements: Your own work vehicle  and tools are required for the job. (There will be mileage reimbursement, and certain tools provided to you)
  • Texas Private Security Registration Alarm Systems Installer License required
  • At Least a Residential Fire Alarm License (FAL) (RAS Preferred)
  • Minimal 2 years of Residential alarm experience required
  • 2 gig and experience (Preferred)
  • 1+ Years of Sale experience
