Job Description

Per Sé Group has an immediate need for an experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Receptionist who will act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors for the company’ s North American Headquarters. This person will need to be highly organized and able to handle inbound calls, organize incoming mail, and greet visitors as they arrive. The ideal candidate will be an experienced receptionist looking for a long-term home acting as the friendly face of a respected corporation.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones, screen and direct calls, provide information to callers.
  • Receive visitors and assist in receiving visitors for special events
  • Sales & Marketing administrative support: data entry, mailing lists, questionnaires, handling marketing material, ensure proper stocking in storage
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings and conference calls, including arrangement of conference room logistics, meeting, communications direct catering
  • Create, edit and proofread business communications and documents on behalf of the department utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments
  • E-mail, fax and copy documents; screen Executive’ s mail if needed
  • Electronically Maintain files and records in a consistent and organized fashion
  • Perform administrative tasks including; Outlook calendar for conference rooms and phone management
  • Receive and sort mail, fold, stuff, staple and post invoices for Service and MAC Funding and re-direct deliveries to dock
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Expertise
  • Associate’ s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of receptionist and/or administrative function experience
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web applications.
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
