Job Description

Per Sé Group has an immediate need for an organized and ambitious Electrical Engineer with knowledge and experience in power plant or renewable project design. As the Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for managing Electrical Engineering drawings and designs related to solar projects.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Ensure design maximizes ROI
  • Provide electrical engineering support in the design of collection systems and substations
  • Assist O&M, Power Marketing, and other areas of the organization
  • Develop electrical specifications and company standards
  • Evaluate material proposals
  • Prepare bid evaluations
  • Create reporting standards and KPI reports

Desired Skills and Expertise
  • Electrical Engineering degree REQUIRED
  • EIT certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in utility or power plant designed preferred
  • Renewable experience: Wind or Solar experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate detailed information accurately to internal/external customers
  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD proficiency
