Job Description

As an Electrical Field Engineer / Construction Manager, you will act as a supervisor for the installation and construction of state-of-the-art Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will ensure that work is progressing in a safe, timely manner and that completed work aligns with high quality standards. As the " boots on the ground" for a major developer and operator of renewable energy, you will advance their mission of delivering clean, competitive, reliable power to the grid.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and assist technically Electrical Superintendents and crafts.
  • Conduct electrical progress work inspections on continuous basis along with complete end electrical installations checkout.
  • Support project controls and supervise detailed work plans as well as mini-schedules establishment.
  • Coordinate with Electrical Engineers
  • Inspect permanent plant components 
  • Coordinate and check subcontractors in electrical field engineering.
Requirements
  • You must have a BS in  Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) 
  • You must have a passion for renewable energy / be a " geek" for Battery Storage technology
  • You must be comfortable working in a field environment and representing the owner to supervisors and other stakeholders - this is *not* a desk job
