Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM
Starting at $17 - 18/hr.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls and route to proper departments or individuals.
Greet customers and guests.
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments and mail.
Maintain showrooms to guest standards.
Ability to support traveling staff within the region.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Self-motivated and self-starter.
Ability to work with limited supervision in a remote office.
Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
2-4 Years Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
Strong knowledge with Word, Excel and Outlook.
