We are looking for Account Managers to nurture and grow our existing client-base. As an Account Manager, you’ ll be responsible for engaging with assigned clients  by  maintaining  existing  business and hunting for new business  through networking, marketing tactics, and customer  relationship strategies. You will work closely with our sales team to build up your own portfolio of business, allowing you to find success and financial  independence.

Below are the skills you will learn through our training program: 

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Engineering and Renewable industries 

  • Learn and improve sales and recruiting tactics to help identify quality candidates for immediate or future employment 

  • Master marketing techniques and client engagement processes 

  • Learn to negotiate salary rates and other conditions of employment 

Qualifications 

  • 3-5+ years of Sales  experience within the staffing and/or retail industries  

  • Excellent communication skills (both orally and written), including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities within  an organization 

  • Self-Motivated  and self-accountable,  with high degree of customer service  capabilities  

  • High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
